It allowed everybody to work, but it actually gave us very little visibility for our management and executive teams. It also gave our users very little visibility of their colleagues and so they couldn’t really see who was on the phone, who wasn’t, which led to frustration from them.
It led to frustration from corporate customers and things. So it’s really, really helped us to sort of, really drive our service excellence for our customer base.
