Applying Delegation Rights for Active Directory Integration

For Mitel MiVoice Connect or ShoreTel 14.2 (and lower) to integrate with Active Directory services, the HQ server, once joined to the domain, must be configured with the necessary Delegation rights on its AD server.

This procedure describes the steps required to complete the delegation rights which is required to be completed by an Active domain administrator.
