Disaster Recovery and Continuity

Moving your main number(s) to Inbound significantly reduces the amount of time your phones are down in the event of an outage as calls to these numbers can be instantly re-directed in the event of a systems or power failure.

Porting your fax number to Inbound is a seamless process with minimal downtime. Having your fax number on Inbound is cost-effective as there is no telephone line associated with it – therefore, no monthly line rental.

With no printouts or ink required, fax to email is kind to your pockets and the environment.

Audio Conferencing

Use inbound services to host audio-only conference events for up to 50 delegates. Participants dial your Inbound number and are hosted on the Inbound network, leaving your phone lines free for employees to continue making and receiving calls.

The in-conference experience is fully configurable. Participants can hear on-brand messaging and a choice of hold music while waiting in the lobby.

Multiple conference rooms can be added on the same Inbound number, meaning more than one conference can take place at a time. Ensure delegates join the correct meeting by securing rooms with a room ID and PIN.
